Since Linda returned from her Las Vegas trip, she’s been busy with school and I’ve been busy with some of my own things.
Just a quick recap of what has happened the past 2 weeks…
Me and 2 other friends are starting a photography business. At first, it will be a hobby to gain as much experience as we can and slowly build our portfolio which we can use to present ourselves to potential clients. We also started to built our own studio in my home basement (yes, ghetto) and so far it is turning out to be something I really enjoy! We went to an event last Saturday night and took some great shots. Here’s one I am most proud of:
Today we’ll be doing some painting, installing our white backdrop and make the work area as white as possible.
So work aside, Linda and I finally talked about going to NYC. Montreal is another option but it’s still up in the air. I’ve already booked off August 21-28 and Linda will be completing summer school August 18th. Flight prices to NYC seems fair at this point but hotel fees is as expected, very expensive. I guess we’ll know by the end of this month where this takes us!
